Shipping policy

 *Shipping policies below are subject to change without notice.

General

  • Orders of in-stock items placed Monday-Saturday before 9:00 AM CST are generally dispatched for shipping the same day.
    • Orders placed Monday-Friday after 1:00 PM CST shall be included with the next business day's shipment.
    • Orders placed on Saturday after 9 AM CST shall be included with the next business day's shipment.
  • We do not ship orders on Sundays, though orders are processed and tracking numbers may be assigned.
  • Orders placed online are usually shipped within 1-3 business days (pending payment approval). We ship Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays). If an item is expected to ship in more than a few business days it will be noted in the item description. This primarily applies to specific colors that may not currently in our warehouse. Shipments will be separated if the order includes back-ordered products or products not currently available.
  • Pre-Order Items - Manufacture of pre-order items may take an additional 1-2 weeks. Your tracking number will be updated once the order is complete and leaves our workshop.
  • SHIPPING MAY BE DELAYED BY 1-2 DAYS DUE TO MANUFACTURE TIME ON CERTAIN HIGH DEMAND COLORS
  • Lost, Missing, Damaged & Stolen Packages - We are not liable for packages once they are in possession of the carrier. If your order was covered by shipping insurance you may contact the carrier with your tracking number to arrange a claim. We are able to assist with filing missing package claims directly with the carrier but assume no responsibility or liability for missing packages.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS ARE SENT VIA UPS & USPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS ARE SENT VIA UPS AND DHL 

WE STRONGLY SUGGEST SELECTING AN EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTION IF YOU NEED YOUR MERCHANDISE BY A SPECIFIC DATE.

Delivery Times

Orders shipping within the United States will arrive in approximately 3-6 business days from the ship date -these times will vary based on the shipping service selected. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii as well as APO / FPO locations can expect delivery in up to approximately 15 business days.

International shipping times will vary based on the shipping service and carrier selected. 

Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout.

WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES ON DELIVERY TIMES. 

ON-TIME DELIVERY GUARANTEES ARE ONLY MADE BY THE CARRIER

Late deliveries must be resolved with the shipper- we do not manage delivery times after the package is dispatched.

Fees

Rates are calculated at checkout. Customers may choose a preferred delivery service. Orders with free shipping will be sent using the service of our choice.

Orders Outside of the USA

International orders may be subject to tariff and/ or customs duties; payable at the time of delivery, in addition to the product purchase price.  We do not set these fees or know what the amount will be, nor do we have the ability to take payment on these fees in advance. Please direct any questions regarding the payment of customs/ import duties to your country's customs agency.

 

Expedited Shipping

We offer expedited shipping with additional charges based on calculated rates (please note that we do not ship on Sundays or holidays). You may select your preferred shipping at checkout or contact us. Express shipping may not be available in all areas.

 

Tracking

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation and tracking information via email. Order history can also be found within your user account.

Shipping times are calculated once orders are fulfilled, NOT once the order has been placed.
